What is life? What does life mean? What does God want with us in this life? Is life this hard? Or Is life random? What does God want for us in this life? I definitely want what God wants for my life. God wants us to be happy but he knows that we can't be happy until we are all of God's. That is what we perceive to be hard. Here is a quote from a book I'm reading..."The sorrows of our lives are in great part his weaning process. We give are hearts over to so many things other than God. We look to so many other things for life. I know I do. Especially the very gifts that he himself gives to us-they become more important to us than he is. That is not the way it is suppose to be. As long as our happiness is tied to the things we can lose, we are vulnerable."
He says a lot more that has really made me think and reorganize my thought process about what is best for my family. Where does God want Michael to lead his family in thier journey through life. We only have this one life here on earth, this one journey, one year, one month, one day, this one hour and minute what or how will we spend it?
