Fireproofing your Marriage.

As I go into 2009, so many challenges lay before me. 2 days ago I looked just a little at my life. Considering what I had done for my Lord. Realizing that I haven't done nothing compared to what he wanted to do through me...I wanted to start feeling sorry for my self and go into a pity party. Then God spoke and whispered "look Michael what you have to be thankful for and what you were obedient to, and this year coming strive to be obedient more to what I have commanded." I am thankful for God's prodding and his love. Grace abounds when I don't see it and I am thankful.
This month our church starts off another year with family month. I feel and pray that God is going to do some miracles things and I filled with anticipation to witness it and to be apart of it. The theme is "Fireproofing your Marriage". In today's time so many people are throwing away there marriages like it was last weeks bread. Not only do the couples suffer but it affects the children involved so deeply, the parents do not realize. With Christians it so grieves the heart of God. That should be enough to challenge them to work it out. Though writing skills are laking I hope you hear my heart...If you are in our area, come out and visit us at Clements Baptist Church.
